The lightning particles on is head look like ovals for me. Why?

Is there a guide or anything for this? Loaded the full version into unity and it's missing the red light, the audio, and the animations don't work with The_Doc_Black (1)

It's pretty good. Unfortunately, it looks like he just stepped out of a pool of gasoline, and the head particle effects are missing (pink).
