My apologies for the error on the outer shell on the rasengan particle, am currently trying to fix it. I'll upload an updated version in a couple days

thats not a Chakra Cannon , its just a recolor of the "reg" cannon long time ago posted in vrcmods, but still thanks for the mod, not everyone knows how to customize particles. And this lend a hand to a lot of people
