All you have to do is just put it into Unity and drag it in your hierarchy and place it wherever you want to place it in the world and change the name of the tabs settings, everything is set to local as default
UI panel version is for 2018.4.20f1 if anyone want a UI panel for a specific version just contact me and i can try to make one for you.
I've Put the fonts that i used for the Ui in the package along with the Ui itself
