I think it is maybe because of different SDK version. Please make sure you are on the current version. Maybe also try to remove the avatar descriptor component and re-make it.

at 0,0,0 of course, but in the scene heirarchy the model should not be a child of anything except the scene https://files.catbox.moe/itf44g.png when you import the package, do you have xmas2.fbx in Assets\0 Tsufox Braid CM3D2\Xmas\Model?

Please make sure you are not changing the name of any folder or file and that you are putting the prefab into the root of the scene. If it does not work, try with new project.

@andy00 maybe soon I will, but first more foxes.@Hyper Goku I do not hear about any ban for using model like this in public world, but of course keeping the clothes on, so probably okay. Taking the clothes off, definitely go to private.
If you have worry about it, remove the animations for underwear from the emotes and erase the hidden places on the body texture, then it is definitely ok.

@ToxicErrorI have tested and can not make the problem. I think it is maybe problem with vrchat upload, I have seen before on other model. Please try reupload, maybe it will fix.

@andy00 sorry for the trouble, I will check it. Please make sure to use the prefab and not to change name or filepath of the model, or it may cause the problem.Maybe it is easier with unity scene instead of prefab?
