bitty create your own unity file it is SOOOO easy just drag the fbx file into the scene and then add the components "Animator" and "VRC_Avatar Descriptor" and then just change the view position to what looks good to you and change the "avatar" option in the "animator" to the name of the avatar then BOOM done.

Created a Unity scene for the avatarThe package contained no .unity scene and no .prefab. Created 'Assets/untitled-VRCMods.unity': a scene with the avatar model 'Assets/TDA Nori by Nori M. Haise/untitled.fbx' placed in it and a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root, with the viewpoint at 0.3 m in world (eye level), derived from the rig's eye bones. Open this scene in Unity to upload the avatar.
Added a VRChat Avatar DescriptorAttached a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor to the model root in 'Assets/untitled-VRCMods.unity' and set the viewpoint to 0.3 m in world (eye level), derived from the rig's eye bones.
Enabled viseme lip syncSet lip sync to Viseme Blend Shape and assigned the 15 vrc.v_* shapes already on the mesh. The viseme mesh itself still has to be selected in Unity if it was never set.
