Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3 (new prefab)
The original scene (Assets/garr 2/agagga.unity) uses binary serialization, so it cannot be edited without Unity. Created 'Assets/agagga-VRCMods.prefab' and ready-to-open scene 'Assets/agagga-VRCMods.unity' instead: a prefab of the avatar model 'Assets/garr 2/gargar.fbx' with a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root and the viewpoint at 1.749 m in world (eye level), derived from the measured model height. Open the generated scene in Unity to upload the avatar - the original scene is left untouched. The new prefab preserves the original scene's 0.98x root scale.

0Might have found a fix, messaged the uploader.
0@EroticCripple Unfortunately the model I could find didn't properly t-Pose the hands, so when I ran it thru Mixamo, it twisted the hands around. Until I find a batter model, unfortunately jank hands will remain.
0Tbh giant Garrus is hella hilarious, I use him and thoroughly enjoy being the Big Boy.
0lol alright then whatever floats your starship
0The hands are all ****** up, kinda funny though
0you can update your old post or delete it if you want, I dont think anyone wants bad scaled models
