Oh sorry I never detached the blueprint ID. Click on 'invisiblerig' and look for a component called "Pipeline Manager (Script)". It should have a detach button. Click it and it will upload.

Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3 (new prefab)The original scene (Assets/bmp-t.unity) uses binary serialization, so it cannot be edited without Unity. Created 'Assets/invisiblerig-VRCMods.prefab' and ready-to-open scene 'Assets/invisiblerig-VRCMods.unity' instead: a prefab of the avatar model 'Assets/northern/碧彩式_北方棲姫.fbx' with a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root and the viewpoint at 1.685 m in world (eye level), derived from the rig's eye bones. Open the generated scene in Unity to upload the avatar - the original scene is left untouched. The new prefab preserves the original scene's 1.404x root scale.
Resized the avatar to 1.8 mThe new prefab overrides the model root's scale, from 0.2 to 1.404, so the avatar stands 1.8 m tall. In Unity, tweak the scale to your preference - we default to 1.8 m (about the size of an average human male).
