Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3 (new prefab)The original scene (Assets/NyanTiktok/Nyantkscene.unity) uses binary serialization, so it cannot be edited without Unity. Created 'Assets/Nyantkscene-VRCMods.prefab' and ready-to-open scene 'Assets/Nyantkscene-VRCMods.unity' instead: a prefab of the avatar model 'Assets/NyanTiktok/Nyantiktokhairfix.fbx' with a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root and the viewpoint at 1.49 m in world (eye level), derived from the rig's eye bones. Open the generated scene in Unity to upload the avatar - the original scene is left untouched.

Unlit/Transparent Cutout in Shaders is the only semi-fix. Doesn't keep the same skin tone but still works and fixes the greyed out areas
0LOL do not try doing Legacy Shaders/Transparent/Bumped Diffuse....takes all the clothes off, but hey, the grey is gone!! LOL
