All you need to do is import the package into a fresh unity project, sign in to the SDK, and upload! Includes everything you need!

great model but i'm having an issue were it does not want to finish publishing and being uploaded...this is not the first time tho i have had this prob befor with four other models and i don't know what it is

Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3Replaced the retired Avatars 2.0 descriptor with an Avatars 3.0 descriptor, viewpoint at 0.864 m in world (eye level) (the rig's eye bones). Animation layers and expressions are at SDK3 defaults and may need manual setup.
Enabled viseme lip syncSet lip sync to Viseme Blend Shape and assigned the 15 vrc.v_* shapes already on the mesh. The viseme mesh itself still has to be selected in Unity if it was never set.

i try to turn off future proofing but nothing happens. like it just don't want to start the load
