Okay... go inside Taokaka's folder in your file explorer. There you'll find a .blend file which contains her model. Right click on it, and select Open with to choose the program to open the file, in this case it would be Blender. Run Blender once if you haven't

Yeah, I don't know. I think you should reinstall Blender separately, and not from Steam

You still can't see the model of Taokaka right? How strange... is your Unity up to date? As well as the SDK? I really don't know how to fix this problem of yours, maybe dynamic bones is the issue. Probably not though...

Do you have the Cubed Shaders package installed in Unity?

Remember to delete the project that had the missing prefab first
