I highly suggest NOT using this and just learn simple decimation in Blender instead. Don't use any auto-tools, just play around with the models and delete things that you won't notice otherwise and reduce poly counts on shit like buttons and emote faces. Tools will almost always break shape keys or fuck the mesh in some form.
Yes this is a violation of the VRChat ToS, don't be surprised if you get banned. They have no anti-cheat software, most likely only logging and detection. Use this but be aware if you get banned it's your issue not ours. Hopefully within the next update or two they will add this feature natively.

Hi, if you have issues with vismes then on the right side on Avatar Descriptor, look for lip sync, click the drop down and select Visme Blend Shape, for Face Mesh select the first Body, then the rest should auto fill, if it doesn't then select from each dropdown the matching Visme. Tah Dah
Everything should be setup to go, make sure you're loading the scene file. Otherwise click on the model in your Assets folder and goto the Rig tab, then click configure and put the missing elements in the correct place from there
Be aware that using any script replacements to bypass any limits set in place by VRChat is a violation of their Terms of Service. We are not responsible for anything that may happen if you're found using avatars over the limit.
All eye tracking is currently bugged for VRChat, whenever they fix it then it will function properly. All my models are setup for eye tracking and mouth movement (assuming the model allows for that). 1/26/2018
The rainbow version you speak of was made by changing the Shaders, idk the exact process as I have messed with it myself but it might be the Rainbow shader in the Cubeds shader Render option. @nigelwei0417 Which part? This model has zero decimation, I no longer use the decimate modifier so all my models are as close to original quality as possible.
