'This avatar works best in desktop mode (because of the custom pose)
If you want to use this avatar in vr you need to remove the 'pose' in the custom override 2 which is set to the standing animation in the avatar descriptor script.

Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3 (new prefab)The original scene (Assets/Scenes/TDA Miku HS.unity) uses binary serialization, so it cannot be edited without Unity. Created 'Assets/TDA Miku HS-VRCMods.prefab' and ready-to-open scene 'Assets/TDA Miku HS-VRCMods.unity' instead: a prefab of the avatar model 'Assets/Avatars/TDA Miku HS/Miku.fbx' with a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root and the viewpoint at 1.231 m in world (eye level), derived from the rig's eye bones. Open the generated scene in Unity to upload the avatar - the original scene is left untouched. The new prefab preserves the original scene's 0.93x root scale.

i heard vrchat is upping their poly limit soon
0Omj relly?
0It means you can upload avatars over the 20K polly limit. <- = No decimating
0modded sdk? never heard of it
0I'm trying to make it look nice even when decimated to 20k polly's but it's very hard since the original has 68k polly's
0Any chance of a decimated version?
