Asahina Kokomi from some anime called Battle Girls or something. Her boobys jiggle and her skirt flippy flaps. This model started out at around 150K poly, and I was barely able to get it under 20k. Minimal textures so should run fine on all systems. Had to remove alot of her accessories but preserved what I could so she retained some of the original look. Also the hands have colliders so you can smack your titties.
