Description
'"Bongo, the goofy rainbow bear who will (try to) entertain people with the use of his nice dancing skills! Reserve your invitation at The Great Pug!
Bear Model from Animal Crossing: City Folk. (Wii)
Top Hat and Bow Tie from the respected makers.
NOTES:
Top Hat will be shown on the head while looking up and running/walking. Be sure to look up while standing.
For an unknown reason, the top hat uses the Bow Tie texture instead of the Top Hat Texture. It looks more nicer for me, but if you want it to be how it's supposed to be, you must solve that on your own. (Also, the hat textures will flicker with the bow tie and top hat ones when seen with a camera. Everything else like players or mirrors will see your hat with the fine bow tie texture.)
THERE ARE NO VR GESTURES, ONLY EMOTES ON THE EMOTE MENU.
EDIT: If anyone is saying that the shader is black in game, check to see if the shader's Luminosity and/or Saturation isn't at 0, which will be shown to be black.'
Yeah, well, hover over it to see the Rainbow shader. Sorry. But only put Saturation on 1. Putting Luminosity on 1 will make it white, so control the scale to see how bright the rainbow shader will be.
Go to Rainb(ear)ow > Materials > No Name, and then select _Shaders on the Shader tab and you will see Rainbow. You can control how it looks on the tab.
If it's with the character's material, check if the shader is applied. The shader is animated so it will be paused (be pink) when editing/publishing the avatar on Unity and will be animated in game.

Optional. The download above is the original file, unchanged. This copy is generated automatically with the VRChat setup problems we could fix already applied.
Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3 (new prefab)The original scene (Assets/Rainb(ear)ow/Bongo.unity) uses binary serialization, so it cannot be edited without Unity. Created 'Assets/top hat-VRCMods.prefab' and ready-to-open scene 'Assets/top hat-VRCMods.unity' instead: a prefab of the avatar model 'Assets/Rainb(ear)ow/Bear_ColladaMax.dae.fbx' with a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root and the viewpoint at 1.685 m in world (eye level), derived from the measured model height. Open the generated scene in Unity to upload the avatar - the original scene is left untouched. The new prefab preserves the original scene's 1.685x root scale.
Resized the avatar to 1.8 mThe new prefab overrides the model root's scale, from 0.541 to 1.685, so the avatar stands 1.8 m tall. In Unity, tweak the scale to your preference - we default to 1.8 m (about the size of an average human male).

0Like I said, did you check the customization tab on the Rainbow Shader to see if the Luminosity/Saturation was not messed up?
