Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3 (new prefab)The original scene (Assets/Click Twice.unity) uses binary serialization, so it cannot be edited without Unity. Created 'Assets/Homer Gucci Simpson-VRCMods.prefab' and ready-to-open scene 'Assets/Homer Gucci Simpson-VRCMods.unity' instead: a prefab of the avatar model 'Assets/GameCube - The Simpsons Road Rage - Homer Simpson.fbx' with a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root and the viewpoint at 1.685 m in world (eye level), derived from the rig's eye bones. Open the generated scene in Unity to upload the avatar - the original scene is left untouched. The new prefab preserves the original scene's 0.936x root scale.
Resized the avatar to 1.8 mThe new prefab overrides the model root's scale, from 100 to 0.936, so the avatar stands 1.8 m tall. In Unity, tweak the scale to your preference - we default to 1.8 m (about the size of an average human male).
