I made a small mistake, so I made a guide on how to make this avatar under 20k poly easily, without having to go back in Blender and redo the dynamic bones again in unity.

Source: ( can't find it, It guess it got deleted? )
(Edit: It might occur that the mouth randomly opens. I sont know what caused it. If its a real problem, I might drop this avatar from vrcmod).'
No its different. the polycount isnt the problem i can lower it but there where 2 things that i had to remove. and im in push to talkk mode and it opens the mouth when i look down.
@hishichi I will upload a video soon on how to lower the poly count in unity. That mouth opening, is bc the static or background noise most of the time. Try lower your mic, or when you see it is open, just do a quick AAAA, and it will fix it self.I notice it happens a lot with other avatars too, Only it is not as noticeable as this avatar.
I downloadet it. i only found the 23K poly model. and i hat to delete some stuff bc it didnt let me upload the model. now ingame my mouth has a weird movement when i walk and look down it opens for no reason

Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3 (new prefab)The original scene (Assets/Luka rin chan/Luka rin chan fix.unity) uses binary serialization, so it cannot be edited without Unity. Created 'Assets/Luka rin chan fix-VRCMods.prefab' and ready-to-open scene 'Assets/Luka rin chan fix-VRCMods.unity' instead: a prefab of the avatar model 'Assets/Luka rin chan/Luka rin Chan.fbx' with a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root and the viewpoint at 1.445 m in world (eye level), derived from the rig's eye bones. Open the generated scene in Unity to upload the avatar - the original scene is left untouched.
Added multi-avatar upload instructionsThe package contains 3 avatar roots, but binary scene data cannot be faithfully separated by the server-side patcher. Assets/VRCMods-Upload-Instructions.txt identifies the generated primary prefab and explains how to migrate each remaining root in Unity.

This character is awesome! If only the mouth wouldn't open when looking a bit down like @Hishichi said.I have it as well. :(
0@vannil. Remove the manisLOD from the character on the right.I've explain it on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UXu90Iwt-PY
0It just completely disallows me from uploading. Not from the poly limit but because of this thing called mantisLODEeditoronline
0I will look in to it tonight. Thanks for mentioning.
