Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3 (new prefab)
The original scene (Assets/Optimize SDKohaku-Chanz/Misaki_vrc.prefab) uses binary serialization, so it cannot be edited without Unity. Created 'Assets/Misaki_vrc-VRCMods.prefab' and ready-to-open scene 'Assets/Misaki_vrc-VRCMods.unity' instead: a prefab of the avatar model 'Assets/Optimize SDKohaku-Chanz/Animation/_ForRiggingMotion.FBX' with a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root and the viewpoint at 1.685 m in world (eye level), derived from the rig's eye bones. Open the generated scene in Unity to upload the avatar - the original scene is left untouched. The new prefab preserves the original scene's 4.554x root scale.
Resized the avatar to 1.8 m
The new prefab overrides the model root's scale, from 0.5 to 4.554, so the avatar stands 1.8 m tall. In Unity, tweak the scale to your preference - we default to 1.8 m (about the size of an average human male).
Added multi-avatar upload instructions
The package contains 2 avatar roots, but binary scene data cannot be faithfully separated by the server-side patcher. Assets/VRCMods-Upload-Instructions.txt identifies the generated primary prefab and explains how to migrate each remaining root in Unity.
